TriState Vending Services, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Peter DiGilio, who has been working in the vending industry since high school and college. Starting out as a machine technician, Peter later moved into Sales before finally venturing out on his own in the industry, gradually building a strong client base and loyal staff of highly trained employees.
TriState Vending has always been at the forefront of Vending technology, from 1991 when the company first computerized its operation, to 2005 when wireless technology was integrated with the equipment to increase efficiency and responsiveness, to the new cloud-based inventory management system that responds to customer demand in real time. Today, TriState Vending operates over 1300 vending machines throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
In 2011, TriState expanded to create SMART Breakrooms, a company solely focused on Micro-Markets in the workplace using cutting-edge technology. This advanced technology allows TriState Vending to bring its customers a wide variety of fresh food options, from cool crisp salads and fresh fruit and sandwiches to hot entrees and frozen treats, as well as a vast array of hot and cold beverage options.
