In 2005, TriState Vending was one of seven vending companies in the nation to introduce a Pre-kit operation to increase accuracy and efficiency in our product inventory. As the years have passed, we have implemented Wireless communications between our Vending Machines and our servers allowing us to monitor the products being sold at your facility. When our Route Service staffs arrives at your location, they have what is needed and wanted by your employees… no more guessing what the customer wants!
While pulling (pre-kiting) all the products a driver needs before leaving the warehouse may seem like an obvious choice for all vending companies, the reality is that few have invested the resources to make vending machine pre-kitting work. Most other vending companies simply load up their drivers with cases of what they might need that day and send them on their way. Because we are able to retrieve sales data, we can prepare the order specifically for each driver, each machine, each day, allowing our Route staff to provide the items your employees want most. The products for each vending machine are pulled separately based on exactly what that machine needs. Our sophisticated fulfillment system allows us to pull about 20,000 items – enough to fill around 350 machines each day.
